Sponsorship
There are many ways for individuals or companies to get involved in the Love’s Bridge project, and make a direct impact on the lives of underprivileged children and young people in Russia. Sponsoring a mini project or individual is a rewarding and interactive way of supporting our organization and the young people that we help.
If you are stuck for an idea for a Christmas or birthday gift, or would like to play a more active role in the work of our organization, then this sponsorship scheme is ideal.

Sponsoring an individual or a family
Individual sponsorship can be very rewarding, and our kids certainly benefit greatly from the programme. For $50 a month you can help a young person escape life on the streets, learn a profession and lead a productive life!
Progress with the young people in our care is often slow and unpredictable; especially for those who have spent long periods on the streets. Our response to young people’s needs is relatively long-term, as ‘quick fix’ responses to extreme poverty and homelessness have a very limited effect on the child or teenager’s future. We always strive to build up friendship and trust, and help the individual make decisions at their own speed, and, most importantly, through their own desire to change.
Your sponsorship allows us to provide material and moral support in getting young people back on track and enabling them to lead healthy, productive adult lives. Each young person in our care has a different story and different needs in life, but here is an idea of how your sponsorship contributions may be used to help your teenager get back on track:
Your monthly donations cover regular visits and support from our social worker, consultations with our doctor and psychologist, food products and other domestic products, toiletries and medical supplies (when needed), clothes, extra curricular activities, excursions and trips. You will receive bi-monthly progress reports on your individual or family, and you are also able to correspond directly. We can translate letters up to three times a month from either side. You're welcome to send gifts to your sponsored teen or family, providing the nature and frequency of the gifts are appropriate. We recommend that you avoid express postal services and expensive packaging, because customs often decide to tax such packages.
